How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up you have 14 days to evaluate the service. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up you won't be charged a dime. After 12 days we will email you to remind you that your trial is about to expire. After the 14 day trial you will be charged a fee according to the plan you've chosen. If you forget to cancel and are charged we will refund your money so long as it is within 30 days of your first payment.

What classifies as a "User"?

A user is the number of people in your company who need regular access to the software. For two users it could be one adminstrator and one advisor or simply two advisors. You can choose depending on what works best within your firm.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.

Can I add my disclosures to your questionnaire?

Yes, we allow you to add your own specific disclosures throughout the service.

Is your questionnaire also available on paper?

Yes.

What kind of support do you offer?

As a standard we offer email support from 8am-5pm Eastern time Monday to Friday. However, we are often happy to take calls, solve issues on the weekend, or assist after 5pm Eastern. If you tell us it is urgent, we will be there.
